farfalle allo zafferano

Dit is 'n stil dag.  Ek kyk Michael Haneke se Caché (alweer), maak notas, pluis analises uit.  Hierdie is middagete.  'n Patricia Wells resep, uit Trattoria, uiters eenvoudig.  Farfalle, saffraan (dankie, Barcelona) en 'n lekseltjie room.  Parmesaan om alles te kroon.  'n Bakkie wilde roket (dankie, Boeremark) aan die kant.

Is my Afrikaans correct - just saffron, cream and Parmesan? Crikey, sounds utterly gorgeous... I've seen Woolies is stocking saffron now. I must give this a go.

Indeed! Yes, the Woolies saffron is quite good, it's the same brand that I brought back from Barcelona. And this is so easy and quick that it's perfect for weeknights.
