sjokolade éclairs

Want dis op my somerlys, en ek het 'n behoefte ontwikkel om my pattisserie vaardighede uit te brei.  Styfgeklopte en effens versoete room binne-in, 'n goeie veeg gesmelte donkersjokolade bo-op. 

(Baie lekker na aandete, saam met 'n glas wyn, terwyl jy skype met 'n man in 'n verre land.)

Oooh yum! I don't know why people don't make eclairs or profiteroles more often - choux pastry is so much fun to make and the results are entirely delicious.

Sarah: Absolutely. And I froze half of these, unbaked, and eventually whipped them out later when I had some guests over. So versatile.
