equinox

With the supermoon and equinox outside, I make a gentle pasta.  Sprouting broccoli, to celebrate the promise of spring.  Just the sprouts slightly softened, olive oil, lemon juice and a swab of a feisty Dijon mustard.  And a touch of Parmesan.
